Hi there just letting you know on my first playthrough I fell off the world by walking towards the wall at the beginning when you can control your character. Only fix was to restart.

Great music!

I loved the intro music! will save it to play with friends later.

Hi, it’s a very short game but has some soul to it. Has some potential it could use some sound effects and a map, maybe some item to deter the monster and give you some space to breath like baldi’s basics. Anyways congrats on making it!!

Thanks for the review! We actually had planned three chapters very ambitiously. Still considering continuing if my team is interested.

Oh, I didn’t get to the end screen. After the bunny went away I explored around and tried to progress but it seems the game was bugged because I couldn’t do anything else unless I missed something.

I’ll have to try this one later with more patience but so far what I saw was very interesting, the fox beheads you very quickly but couldn’t find a way to escape or hide? I think the interior decoration is good looking, the book’s drawings are cute and the concept I liked too.

This one is great, very spooky!! the chase music gets on my nerves and the needy mascot makes me wanna pull out my hair. This is certainly a game I’ll save just to see my friends suffer ;) Oh I’ll definitely come back to try and beat it, for now the double chase survival sequence was too hard for me. That minute feels like three minutes, super tense and creepy. I would like to have some sort of visual cue to know when does the dog starts losing patience and might charge at you. But overall great work!

I ATE THE GRUMPUS !!! Didn’t have much meat tho… I love this game, the intro and the concept itself it’s very attractive. I can see myself playing a game like this for hours and hours, this game could be expanded into a full game with lots of mechanics different rooms and what not like tboi does. Really enjoyed it, it made me take risks and actually strategize. Thumbs up!

Fun! I liked the puzzles and loved the voice acting, very charming. After getting jumpscared by the clown the bunny guy ran past me and didn’t kill me for some reason and didn’t know what to do next. I guess I won but not sure. I like how everything feels handmade too.

Very polished game, great work! The illumination was excellent, the environment was beautiful. The final jumpscare got me good. Also the initial intro animation was superb too!

I had a couple of issues at the beginning, I didn’t know I had a lantern or an inventory so for a while I just wandered around in pitch black darkness. I also had to lower the graphics and limit the fps because my pc was loud. Encountered some bugs like the phone ringing constantly even after using it, also there was this time where I pushed a button on the basement which killed me but the game autosaved at that point so every time I reload I’m on a dead state and can’t move or open the menu. So, good graphics, nice design mascot and good setting I would like to learn more about the mascot and it’s origin. I can see there is a good game here that can be polished and I’ll keep an eye on the updates! gg

Amazing experience, very polished I must say. I see there was a lot of attention to detail like the tv videos, the vector graphics on the tv, the breathing under the bed, the animations all very smooth.

I like the atmosphere inside the house and I also really liked spamming the flashlight recharge button, it’s an interesting concept because usually in games like this you are very vulnerable and at the mercy of the monster but just being able to make that loud noise gives me a defense tool even if only psychological. I like the idea of screaming louder than the monster can scream at me. That mechanic could definitely be explored more. Also I find it interesting how zippy didn’t really had a reason to harm us at the beginning but since we kept blinding him he has now justification to be evil. Great job and congrats for your first 3D game!

Man this game is visually amazing, it’s exactly the kind of vibe I look for in indie horror games. This game excels at a lot of things, graphics, story, sounds, voice acting, animations, etc. But unfortunately the controls are clunky which wouldn’t normally be a problem except there is a parkour section with time limit and the platforms are faster than you so you have to be very precise.

I mean, don’t get me wrong I’m all for a challenge but the real problem is every time you fall you have to repeat the whole introductory video and the fruit collecting section which is also tedious because the hitboxes for picking up the fruit are misaligned and very small so you have to wave your mouse around until you detect the exact point where it allows you to pick it up. Not to mention the characters moves in steps so it’s not very precise either. I gave up after the 10th attempt but I watched a gameplay video and I must say the rest of the game is excellent.

Anyway. Sorry about the complaining I know this is a month long jam and I still think you did a great job! This game has great ideas and I’m looking forward for Alpha 3!! <3

No problem, gonna try it on Proton an report back! EDIT: It works perfectly.

This was certainly an interesting narrative experience. I don’t often play games like this but this one got me puzzled. I’m still trying to interpret the meaning of the child coming in at the same day the guy got out, and how that relates to the riots… But overall I enjoyed the atmosphere, at the beginning I complained about the lack of shadows, but then it was clear why that is. The switch to red and back to white was impactful. Good game!

It’s a tiny little mini game, fun!

I think it has potential. Unfortunately it seems the game freezes at the “Go to the bathroom” objective. I got invested in the story and would like to play it again after it’s finished. Looking forward to it and congrats for making it into the submissions!

Amazing, keep it up! I’ll definitely play again to get all the endings.

ABSOLUTE GREAT WRITING. I LOVED IT. I only got the first final but I’ll definitely play this again to get the others. The audio and sound design was IMPECCABLE, pristine even. The way the Zai show was described makes me want to watch it on actual TV. Great job!

I’m glad you enjoyed it! Don’t feel bad sometimes critters come and go 😅.

Thanks for playing! Didn’t know about the “of the killer” series, I saw some screenshots and looks great, I’ll have to try it soon.

Thanks for the review :-) That’s kind of funny the art direction ended up being kind of cute instead of horror!

Thanks for playing! I’m glad you liked it, that sounds like a weird bug may I ask did you play the windows version or the web version?

Amazing, wow, I really liked it, the talk with the brown cake got me emotional, and the true ending is pretty cool. Really liked the personal touch with natural wonder picture, feels very homemade and cozy. My only pet peeve is the boss fights are too long, makes my fingers hurt.

I like how abstract everything is! I think there is a world where a full game in this style with just simple 3d shapes could be made and feel polished. I liked the music too.

This game is very charming in a way

Hi! The download says it’s for linux but when I unzip it there is only windows .exe

I liked it! My favorite part was the kid’s comments on certain things like “Scraping the ice makes snow” or “I’m glad teeth grow back”, I found it cute. Once you learn the solution the time you get before the cat dies is tight, I found it challenging but enjoyable.

I enjoyed it, it reminded me of old rpgmaker games. There was an issue with characters not rendering I’m on linux if that helps.

Jesse Mercer already did. I hope Kevin is alright.

Nice little puzzle game, great job! The final puzzle was really rewarding. It kind of reminded me of the game of life.

I really like the making of animation! Was this whole game generated using math?

Sorry if I ask, I’m just curious. How does the pixel post processing negatively affect your experience with the game? Do you say it because of accessibility or just preference?

Tnks for the linux build btw

Silly game, I like it!

Este juego es verdaderamente y sin miedo a equivocarme el alma de la fiesta

I like the esthetics, can't wait for the final release!

Thank you! x)

Here is mine! =)
