We just played Lake Silence from the scenario collection and we had trouble to understand the Injury system. The text is a bit unclear. How do you count injuries? Is it equal to the Doom Phase difficulty level? Do you take an injury when you fail a save on Body and Mind? What's the difference with Stress taken from a failed save?

Character sheet: Hurt rules are p.20 and not p.22 ;)
