Nice score!! I'm pretty sure I patched the red-side exploit anyways, but knowing my luck there's a chance I didn't lol! As its my first game jam in a while, my goal was that I wanted to roll with a super simplistic bite-sized project, so I'm glad you enjoyed it! :D

Really gives me vibes of indie horror like Iron Lung or Lethal Company visuals wise! Incredible atmosphere with an interesting air of mystery. Your main mechanic of sorting through the TVs and ensuring the right ones are disposed of/kept is great and leaves so much room for further expansion too! Awesome job.
Solo dev here too! I'll make sure to give yours a rating! :D

p.s. love the pfp!
Cute animations, I really enjoyed the mix of platforming with combat! Ensuring you platform correctly to be able to hit your sword on the red slimes spitting bullets at you was pretty cool! This is an idea I'd love to see taken further, maybe even gaining bonus height or speed if you kill an enemy with your swing mid-air!
Really appreciate you taking time to play!! Thank you! :D
I also really like the idea of a combo bar - I should have implemented some visual way to convey that your score gain/loss increases with your high score and something like a combo bar would've been perfect for that. Dual controls is also a really interesting idea, I could maybe add a random event where you have to do both sides at once for a certain period of time?
I'll definitely give your guys game a play and a rating!!
Thankyou for playing!! :D
I was so sure I fixed being able to hide in the left of the red zone before shipping but it seems like I didn't lol! On your suggestion - that's something I'd definitely consider if I was taking this project further! I think having to manage between the two screens is a really interesting idea that I would focus on and I'd want to figure out a good way to implement a mechanic of keeping track of where the obstacles were on the screen that's not currently active. Could maybe highlight them subtly through the static/have the static be slightly more see through? Would need to playtest it thoroughly I'm sure lolol
Again, thankyou for playing and for the feedback!!
I was trying to go for an arcade-style endless game (Wanted to go easy on myself for my first game-jam in a while lolol), but I totally agree on the lose condition being quite unclear - you lose if you get to zero score but I'm sure there was most likely a better way for me to implement that as the balancing of the game actually makes it quite hard to lose. Thanks for the feedback and thankyou for playing! :D
