When I hover the nodes I got

Not research, the upgrade tab. There should be 3 initial nodes that requires different ores, right? But after prestige all 3 nodes shows require 0 gold, but I can't buy any of them even if I have gold.

The current design makes me feel like I can save some money up and aim for Tier 3 directly. 

I agree it's a UX issue. Either hide the excess info or give the flexibility. I have no preference :D

I don't see a point showing future upgrades in special tab if I must buy them in order.

Maybe it's just me. It took a while to realize the rebirth button is at upper-right corner. It might be better to 'push' the button left instead of hiding it when upgrade 'drawer' is opened.

Can't buy plague spreader upgrade even when affordable

It'd be great if there's a event log, or some kind of notifier telling us where to look for events.

Deposit aliens is too slow even with upgrades

Clicking research doesn't work after 1st ascension.

Reloading the game fixes it though.

bug(?) You can write multiple application mails at once for same job by click apply multiple times

Suggestion: Hold X for radius display (preview/aiming) and release for placing the bomb
