Hi all! Five new asset packs for 2D games just went live. They are built for Godot 4 (drop-in scenes, no setup) but also ship plain sprite sheets, GameMaker strips and JSON for other engines.

- Pixel Combat VFX: slashes, stabs, claws, hit sparks, crits, shockwaves, dust. 13 effects in up to 10 colours, 220 animations
- Pixel Magic VFX: explosions, fireballs, lightning, ice spikes, portals, magic circles, teleports. 18 effects, 210 animations
- Pixel Status Effects VFX: seamless loops for burn, freeze, poison, stun, sleep, charm, shield, buffs and debuffs. 17 effects, 116 animations
- Pixel Beams & Lasers VFX: 10 tileable beam styles with muzzle and impact caps and a Line2D helper
- Screen Transitions for Godot 4: 30 shader transitions and
await Transitions.change_scene(path, "hexagons")

Every effect is natively rendered at 32 and 64 px (not upscaled). In Godot each animation comes as a SpriteFrames resource plus a scene: one-shot effects free themselves when they finish, so spawning one is a single instantiate().
Transparency note: the frames are procedurally generated by custom code that was written with an AI coding assistant (no image-generation model), and the pages carry the AI disclosure. Everything was tested in Godot 4.7.2.
Launch week: 25% off each, or all five for 9.99€ until 7 October. There is also a free sample if you want to try the formats first. Feedback and requests for more effect types are welcome!
