Thank you so much for the reply!

Are there any limits on the size of the development team we can work with? I could not find any in the jam page.

I am looking for an artist (probably to do pixel art) for a 2-3 week game jam. Discord: wizarddude2045. Not a guarantee of a job.

I'm potentially looking for an artist to do a 2-3 week game jam if that sounds like something you'd be interested in.

Added a crosshair to indicate the player's location, updated the menu descriptions for new content, increased the maze generation density, tweaked skeleton AI so skeletons don't overwrite each other while moving, and added a small chance for skeletons to detonate bombs simply by walking over them.

Highly polished, great soundtrack, and high quality turn-based combat. The dialogue is also kind of humorous. The only drawback I would say is that it's not very experimental (this is a pretty standard take on the turn based combat genre). Great game overall though!

Very cool game! Not really sure why it was disqualified (probably sus because of being submitted to so many jams, but IDK). Anyway, the sound design, art, and controls seemed great, and everything was well polished, plus great performance in the browser.

I love physics based games. Reminds me of heavenly bodies if you've ever played that. Personally, the performance was not super great (getting about 5-6 fps on my potato PC) in the browser, but it would probably perform very well as a desktop game. Despite this, I did get to play for a few minutes, and it looks really well polished for a game jam game, and definitely has a lot of the "experimental" features you'd want in this jam. Keep up the good work!

I was trying to go for an early nethack style with that. It was a popular rogue game in the 80s and 90s. I think it's actually still in development.

Yeah I think If I edit the game I will add some indication of where the player is, since you're the 2nd person to comment this. Thanks for the feedback it's very helpful!

Mario64 + Babbdi + Animal crossing, very cool.

The restarting idea is very unique and could be used to enhance a game from almost any genre, so full points for "experemintation" (experimentation). I think the atmospheric music and lighting are good, so four points for presentation. I think the creativity demonstrated overall is good, with the PICO-8 style artifact art adding some visual flair, so four points for creativity. The weakest point in my opinion is the execution, and I was on the fence between three and four stars. Obviously this is just an experiment, however, I felt a little lost exploring the game without a map. Despite the clunkiness, I didn't run into any bugs, crashes, or glitches while playing, so kudos to you. Four points for execution.

Cool project. The restarting idea is unique in it's own right, but it could also be layered into another game genre. Imagine an RPG where you can save the game, but every time you re-open the game it changes the world, enemies, items, or player abilities, adding a relatively unexplored element of RNG that I haven't really seen in that genre. I think it would also be cool to turn this into some kind of horror (not necessarily gory, just creepy) game where going to a tile slightly changes the tile you were at before (like the weeping angels from Dr. Who or something).
