Hey all, Distal is currently Pay What You Want for a digital edition through November. Lots of sweat, tears, and probably a little blood, went into making this over the course of a little over a year. If you're interested, feel free to pick up a copy now. It'll go back to its normal price in December.

https://witchdraught.itch.io/distal Hey all, I'm the sole developer of Distal, a d20 fantasy RPG focused on hardships, not heroes. Right now, you can Pay What You Want for a digital edition. It's a 290+ core rules packet, complete with tokens, character sheets, all that jazz.
Distal was built from the ground up to be easy to learn, easy to run, and a campaign-worthy system you can play forever. Lots of sweat, tears, and probably a little blood, went into making this over the course of a little over a year. If you're interested, feel free to pick up a copy now. It'll go back to its normal price in December.
Hey there. My solo-authored, campaign-worthy TTRPG system is now available here on itch. The project was originally funded on Backerkit by a handful of helpful community members. It was enough to help me commission artwork for the game (most of it done by Graey Erb,) and help make some initial investments into hardcovers. Lots of hard work has gone into the final product, and I hope you dig it.
Distal is a grounded, (but not gritty) high-fantasy system that asks you to step into the role of an adventurer, knowing that the day to day struggles will eventually wear you down to the point of retirement, or some valiant death. I took great care to ensure that choice and consequence were big factors in the experience, and hope that comes through when you read it.

There are a handful of free community copies available as well, and folks who purchase the game at full price also donate another community copy to those in need.
Hope you dig it!
