I always liked Rampage in the arcade cabinet. I liked your cartoony twist on it and the nice job you did on the level designs -- particularly level 2, which was a bit tricky with the possibility to trap yourself or risk falling through if you didn't approach the destruction methodically. FYI, the game would glitch out on me in Firefox (Developer Edition); when pressing the space bar the buildings would disappear completely. Worked fine in Thorium (Chromium), though. I found myself smiling the whole time and the falling animation was  my favorite <3 . Great job!

Thank you for your kind words!

Thank you for trying it out! The graphics were made by my 8 and 11 y/o kids and I think they did a pretty good job! We did get a late start and had a family trip in the midst of the contest period, so unfortunately we didn't get to complete a more well-rounded game as we would have liked. It's been a fun experience though, and we're looking forward to trying another jam and delivering a more polished game very soon. We appreciate your honest feedback and observations!

Nice work! I doubt I will have time to play during the voting period, but I gave it a quick read-through and it looks very interesting and fun. I could definitely see myself adapting your rules for another game like "Stay Frosty" to add in Kaiju elements. I feel the text could have used another editing pass to correct grammar, typos, and misspellings, but I think that's forgivable in a short game jam?! I would have liked to have seen a little more guidance or tables for generating a scenario around a Kaiju, but I think that's also forgivable given the vast amount of preexisting and well-known Kaiju tropes. The Kaiju generation rules are very nice, and might be even nicer in a more streamlined process, maybe even a one-roll / handful-of-dice table(s). Overall, I was very impressed with the thoughtfully created rules and in particular really loved the aesthetic, colors, fonts, and layout. Looking forward to using these rules in the future! Again, well done!
