I have a bug, I can't start playing the level!

Developer

hello,

thanks for the report !

are you on firefox?

did you try the download?

This was fun and addictive, and I love the scribble type artstyle. It just needs some cool sounds now.

It could be interesting to embrace the scribble theme too and have some scribble related  powerups like a marker that comes down to blot out a whole building :D.

Nice work with this one!

Really fun game! It has a really unique art style, it was really fun to destroy buildings.  I can't begin to explain how much I like art styles like this one, where the game looks like a crayon drawing.

The art style is cute, and I liked the visual destruction, but I have to agree with the other comments about the lack of any audio at all. I need some good smashing sounds for it to be properly destructive.

I only made it in 2 or 3 levels unfortunately, the level with the bridges was just a bit too demanding for me to destroy all the buildings without falling down below.

I liked what I played though, good job!

Thanks for the feedback,

yes I agree for sound, I think I need to go through free sound libraries in between jams, as I am always too short on time!!

this one's really fun c:

The art style is really fun and I finally found the nest. I am glad I didn't have to destroy the cube on the right side of the multi-chasm level, and once I figured out the pillars in the  vertical center-arch level I was back in business. Nice job!

I always liked Rampage in the arcade cabinet. I liked your cartoony twist on it and the nice job you did on the level designs -- particularly level 2, which was a bit tricky with the possibility to trap yourself or risk falling through if you didn't approach the destruction methodically. FYI, the game would glitch out on me in Firefox (Developer Edition); when pressing the space bar the buildings would disappear completely. Worked fine in Thorium (Chromium), though. I found myself smiling the whole time and the falling animation was  my favorite <3 . Great job!

I saw the problem on firefox thank you! I went a bit overboard on rendering (the damage is actually rendered to a canvas and the texture data is continuously updated)

Nice little Rampage like game, would be good to have had some destruction sounds!

Developer(+1)

Definitely, destruction without sound is not as fun :)
