Really really fun, nice job

I had a lot of fun with this, great job! It's so customizable, including the music and visual backgrounds

I wish that the epic music played a regular pulse wave instead of an Atari wave, they sound too grating in high pitches

Pretty good! However, I wish that:

  • When placing a tower, the cursor could indicate the tower alongside before placing it
  • Player's movement could end quickly after holding the key (like, not moving by more pixels when releasing the key)

First, I would not tilt the camera whenever the player moves left or right. It just adds an unnecessary obstacle to vision.

Second, I wonder if the perspective could shift a little more vertically?

Hi, if anyone wants to know who did the music, it's me, it's shown in the credits too.

  • When jumping on a spring while spacebar is held, if it's released while in the air, the vertical momentum resets.
  • When jumping and quickly changing direction, could the momentum switch way quicker? Or do you plan to keep it that way?
  • The player sprite looks farther apart from the climbable wall, they should be closer together.
  • When talking to an NPC while crouching, crouching state doesn't come off even when I released the down key. It got back to the regular state when I pressed the down key again.
  • In the boss fight, after holding and releasing a green square, the player got stuck in the "holding an item" state (without actually holding a green box) for reasons unknown? I couldn't get out of it. It doesn't even make me crouch.

Yes, level editor

I'm curious if a level designer for this game will be planned?

Controls are a little clunky, but I'm glad the game works at least

Good job. Though next time I'd add a little text instruction that indicates "You're not done cleaning the artwork up yet!" or similar.

The game doesn't get deleted when dying, it just lags the entire game. Maybe that PowerShell script is trying to be constantly called (cuz I read it and it's about deleting game.exe) but it doesn't for some reason?

Good job!
I'd recommend a more impactful SFX when hitting the house though.

Very fun! I like the execution a lot.

I'd recommend a more jolly and acoustic music style for this game's style though.

Good art and music, but I don't think the pixelation when attacking really helps anything
