There are several the Casino and Galactic missions are among the best.

The casino is by far the best because it has a more often than not positive payout and you can save and reload before entering if you end up losing more than you are willing to before hitting the winning streak.

Galactic mission how these work has changed several times but usually the rewards are a nice sum of money and materials. Currently I am unsure of how they work exactly as that changed a lot since I last messed with them.

You have to do a few different things to lower purity as each one that does lower it only has a set effective range . This is the route I used to get  corrupted Lance. First the kiss/ride that horse for the initial corruption, then jacking off in the evening with high arousal, then going to the bar will lower it further bit by bit, after that stops lowering it go to the prostitute with high arousal that'll lower it some more, finally catch the bandit and urge Lance to fuck him this one only works/appears when you either use the top group's choice to find the bandit or when Lance encounters the Bandit of their own free will. 

Oh what did you do to get ending 5 as I've only been able to get endings 1 and 2.

Spoilers: Ending 2 is gotten by having a horse and upgrading the horse form at the farm enough. It then gives an option to get ending 2 whenever you want.

In the current build it is possible i to reach the seconds level while siding with Garth. You just have to complete the kill the Warlord quest and help Garth win the election after which he helps pay for your access to the second floor. After reaching the second floor I have not found any differences based on who you supported.
