Hello, my asset https://lilwillydesigns.itch.io/paragon has not been indexed even though it is not my first paid asset. I have read the docs but found no issue, so it seems like it may just be stuck in queue? Has anyone else experienced this

Hello, my asset https://lilwillydesigns.itch.io/fantasy-enemies-essential-pack has not been indexed yet and I am just curious if this is normal or if I should be contacting support? This is my first paid pack so I know it is supposed to take longer but after a full week I figured something might be wrong.
