Not just a pack of loops. A set of music assets which can be integrated vertically and horizontally. An extreme example is collection 7 in this set which contains 5 chunks which can be arranged in any order (meaning 5! = 120 different ways) which can theoretically generate 4hrs of battle music by itself.
