I really loved the concept of the seasons changing, and the platforms reflecting the season change. Would really love to see more levels, but your concept is very solid that you can easily extend with more levels even past the GMTK. Wonderful job on the game! :)

Feel free to also check my game, and rate if you can :)

Enjoyed the Wario-ware style gameplay and silly antics overall. Would love to see more varied activities though but other than that, great work on the game :)

Love the idea and the concept of the game! It was also fun to see new mechanics and controls be introduced to add some puzzle element and creating thinking challenges. It was an enjoyable experience with great audio and art. Wonderful job! :)

That started out simple, and significantly escalated into an experience. Wonderfully done, I love the simple narrative and evolution of the whole game and progression of the levels as it went on :)

Fun running game. I found that you can move much faster than normal by tapping both w and spacebar, and the game ends really quickly from outrunning them. I did try to play it legitimately, and it can be fairly challenging but fun. Other than that, I love the aesthetics of the level. Wonderful job! :)

I really love the concept and the twist in the game. It was fun trying to figure out solutions to the puzzles. The switch and slippery mechanics were a great addition and were understandable for me. Would love to see more level past the 8th. Wonderful job on this game! :)

Thank you for playing the game, and I'm happy to hear you really enjoyed the save scum mechanics (which was my main target to refine during the jam). Sorry for the difficult parts, I had level tooltips planned out to help guide the player if they get stuck long enough, but ran out of time to implement.

Thank you for trying it out! I usually have an artist, but sadly she wasn't available for the week. We'll definitely have some time to polish them up in a later date with her assets after the GMTK (as well as polishes to the first time player experience). Nevertheless, I'm glad you still enjoyed the game. :)

Thank you! I'm glad the twist really stood out and it gave you a great experience :)

Thank you so much for playing the game! :) It was actually inspired in retro games, where you can use Save States to in emulators to just bypass those old really difficult sections in games :D

Thank you so much for playing. I'm glad you enjoyed the theme and the twist in solving each level :)

Thank you so much for playing! I'm glad you enjoyed the game :)

Thank you! I wasn't able to playtest the game as much to refine the first time player experience, but I'm glad you made it through and was able to pickup on the concept and theme :)

I felt like I played this game before, but good job completing the jam :)

The boomerang mechanics is interesting, though a pretty tough to aim/shoot and catch. Other than that, love the opening visuals.

Interesting humorous game. Would love to have a few checkpoints to help simplify some of the actions, but other than that, pretty cool game.

The game was simple but fun to play. There's a lot of ways you can extend the words, but it does present a risk of getting stuck and not making it back to the original word, which is a good risk-reward assessment on cashing on or going longer. Would love to see a dedicated high score table to help players push how far they can take the game against each other. Well done on the wonderful game :)

(1 edit)

Interesting concept, and pretty fluid movement in both moving and rewinding.. I couldn't figure out the Press E panels as they don't seem to provide any feedback as to what happened, and also managed to clip out of bounds. Other that that, great effort on the game jam!

Love the sound track, and the parkour elements and fast paced-ness helped create cohesion with the music.  Wonderfully done!

Love the idea of reverse stealth and having some other mechanics to defend yourself. The snake can be a little tough to control and usually kills itself with the slightest move towards the incorrect angle. Other than that, it's a fun challenging experience!

The game is nicely done, and love the overall aesthetic feel in the game. Would love to see a bit more mechanics you can do with the second character (or what unique things it can do), but other than that, nice to see how it integrates into your narrative. Well done :)

Love the art and the ambience for it. Got stuck on the part where you need 6 to progress, but other than that, it's pretty straightforward and nice interpretation on the theme!

Very well done and fun game. It was easy to pickup. The concept of tracing circles for powerful aoes was also fun to see. The level may be a bit too dark during combat though, especially with my max brightness up, it still felt a bit hard to see. But overall it was really fun. My weapon of choice was the black hole and helped me carry through a lot of the levels :)

Love the art style and aesthetic of the game. Also love how you used 'lasso' to loop and capture enemies! The gameplay is also nice. Would love to see more different varying challenges in later levels (like possibly the enemies having bluffs, or having to do different actions), but other than that, it's a beautiful game. Wonderful job!

Love the concept of deckbuilding your co-workers and placing them on spots to gossip around. Eventually, the game does get a bit repetitive, maybe because the balancing wasn't properly calibrated (I just avoided everything that subtracted, and  prioritized first to know and last to knows), and the score I get is usually double or triple of the requirement. Other than that though, I think this is very well polished project aesthetically, and love the art and ambience of it. Wonderful job!

It's a very nice chill cozy game with beautiful aesthetics to it. Love the concept of growing your plants and selling, and I can see sitting down on it to play for a good while. My only feedback is to provide some satisfying visuals feedback that a plant has grown or you gained money. Other than that though it's still a really nice calming game. Very well done :)

Unique take on the rewind mechanics! Simple, but really challenging in some parts. Only two main feedback are just using double jump mechanic instead of dash upward (pressing W and then space on keyboard didn't feel intuitive), and making the green and yellow colors more distinct from each other (I have Red-Green colorblindness, or deuteranopia where they appear the same color). Other than that though, they concept is very well done, and with proper playtesting and polish, they game will definitely be amazing! :)

I saw the title, and I expected what I came for. Pretty hilarious seeing how the car physics work. The ghost doesn't seem to exactly mimic what you do, but you'll see it curve sharply at unrealistic patterns that just makes you chuckle at it. Overall though, it's a nice fun game whose comedic feel was helped by the title, sound track and art :)

Thank you so much for playing it! Yeah, there are some parts that require a bit of creative thinking to exploit the level, but I appreciate you giving it a play through :)

Fun and simple point and click adventure game with a good theme. Wonderfully done and executed, and love the polish and art that came with it. :D

(Feel free to try out my game too, still looking for feedback. )

Very relaxing game. Found myself drawing circles across the board, and just see more of the portraits come out with the calm theme was a very nice touch. Still felt satisfying at the end. :)

Interesting concept on having to time when you gain certain abilities in the loop. Some challenging mechanics, but some can be creatively bypassed by using certain abilities in order. Would be fun to see where you take it further from here. :)

Very simple game, yet addictive! I found myself telling myself 'one more game' and just end up continue playing for 10+ more! Eventually, I made it to a high score of 26. Very fun game though!

Thank you for playing it! :)

Thank you for trying out the game! Yup, those out of bounds are part of the loophole design I integrated with the levels. I ran out of time to announce it in the text boxes after the end of each level, but I'm glad you found those. :D

Very fun concept, and I can see how it becomes more hectic once you create more levels, obstacles, and types of sushi. Love the art and the chill music as well. I'll probably only add a click to allow most of the text to appear rather than have them wait to appear one at a time, but it's a minor thing, and nothing that takes way from a really well done game :) Wonderful job!

Fun small, but creepy game! Love the concepts on how the colored paths can open and change certain paths in the game. It might be something you can also use to affect the mood of the enemies or NPC in a dungeon. Either way, can't wait to see where you bring the game to next :)

As a rhythm game player, I enjoyed the game and challenge that it came with. Being able to adapt to the loop is a fun mechanic to play around. Two main things I'd love to see in the next iteration are visual effects (feedback how close you were to nailing the note, which helps with keeping on timing), and the judgment line be horizontal instead of vertically on top. The vertical layout is ok, but is not as intuitive, unless you map the keys vertically on the keyboard as well. Other than those, great sound track and concept! Would love to see where it goes from here :)

Love the concept, and how the clues guide you on which objects to push. It took me a while in Act 2, but managed to figure it out eventually. Would love to see more what happens after Act 3 as it ends abruptly, but I can well feel the emotion going into each of the scene.

Thank you so much for playing it! :)
