I made a small, local-first planner for the point where a task list stops helping because everything appears important.

Add the actions competing for your attention, rate each one from 1–5 for urgency, impact, unlocking value, ease, and confidence, and the tool proposes three next moves. Deadlines and deliberate pins remain visible rather than being buried inside the score.

There is no account, subscription, analytics, cloud database, or external AI call. Your task data stays in your browser. The optional AI support consists of prompts that you copy manually into a model of your choice.

Try the browser version immediately: https://whatdoyoudonext.app

The downloadable workbook and prompt pack are available for $0 or a voluntary contribution: https://what-do-you-do-next.itch.io/what-do-you-do-next

If you try it with a real list, I would particularly like to know where the proposed ranking felt wrong or where the interface slowed you down.
