Is it possible to increase the maximum limit for the "screen latency to correct delay" setting?

In some cases, the current upper bound doesn’t give enough delay for proper sync, especially when working with certain videos or display setups.

I was wondering—currently, Hotscreen places rectangular boxes over detected body parts.
Would it be possible in the future to apply censorship following the actual shape of the detected body part, like using a mask or contour instead of a simple rectangle?

This would make the censorship look more natural and accurate, especially for curved areas like breasts or faces.

Is something like that technically possible or planned?
