Bonjour, si vous avez aimé ce petit casse-brique, voici une version complète, (13 pouvoirs, 19 niveaux) réalisée en une semaine :

Hello, if you liked this little brick breaker, here's a full version of it (13 powers, 19 levels) made in one week :

There is a new system of inventory for the power ups, I hope you will be less lost with that one ;-)

Thanks for the full gameplay!

Expand seems hard, but polish, and add some quality of life features, such as a life system, to let the player try 2 or 3 times a level failed before restarting all (or just fall back to the previous level) would make it a really great mini-game! (And that's all we ask from a post-jam project).

At first, I agreed with Ibrahim, but you well defend your pick on the theme so I finally agree with you. +1 Star XD

In fact, from the moment where most of half boxes are bombs, it gradually becomes easier because the number of object to track is reducing : you don't track bombs anymore but empty boxes. So the hardest moment is when exactly half is bomb and half is not.

As often, what seem obvious for the dev is maybe not for the players. In 3 hours, there is no time for QA testing and ergonomic checks. XD

Would have been a great game if it wasn't that luck based, I think. If you start with the event "more humans" you just loose on the next round. And As said by someone else, the main focus is to extend the territory as fast as we can to get enough food to not die of overpopulation, so build a giant bridge of 3 tile large seems the optimum strategy (I stopped after 3000 coins and 11.000+ food). But overall, is nice and has cute visuals, so a pretty good entry, good job !

I didn't realize that we could move camera, so, at first, I didn't play the "optimum strategy" mentioned early. But in fact, it's probably a good point to prevent players to overextend too much.

Great game, I like this kind of gameplay. I got to level 15, apparently. A little improving would be to let the player see where were the bombs when he clicks on one (just a second or two) before restarting. And For the first levels, it would be easier to click on the "intruder(s)" boxes instead of all the other ones.
Same question as the others: Is it endless? Where does it end? Because The 2x2 level with 4 bombs must be quite a challenge XD.

Thanks for the feedback! I'm not sure to understand the problem that you mentioned.
You're activating the power that is stored at the bottom of the screen. And you can store only one at a time.

Thank you very much !
Yes, I know this bug, I can't fix them on Constrcut 3. But I'm doing a full version of it on C2.

Thank you for the feedback !

Great gameplay! I like the fact that shooting at a guy needs the player to avoid a line of sight with cats. Could be funnier if the laser crosses targets.

The Reset button doesn't work with me (Firefox Browser)

Great game, but the last level was a bit too hard, I almost gave up. The player is maybe too slippery, or the level design leaves not enough room to maneuver?
But If tour aiming for a really demanding pixel perfect game, it's perfect.

Great mood thanks to the sound effects and voice acting! Simple story but efficient still. Great use of runes gameplay for puzzles. Clearly over time, but the important is to try, isn't it?

Thanks for playing and recording! It really helps to see how people are playing and reacting.
It's nice to see that you're getting used to the visuals and spot more easily the leaves to find further in the video.

But it's probably too hard, if the tenth day can't be reached even in a half hour...

Thanks for the feedback!

I'm really glad you liked the powers. I was trying to find some more original than the usual ball multiplyer and brick crosser balls. I was frustrated to not have the time to implement all my ideas so I'm working on a complete version that I'll release next week I think.

And about construct 3, I don't think I will use it again in its demo version. I use Construct 2 instead it's still a powerful game engine and it suits me.

Thanks for the feedback ! This game indeed needs to be replayed to get the hang of it.

Wow, excellent job ! I was thinking that even for non-color-blind persons, the shades were a bit too close.

There might be a problem, whenever I open or not I always die, even trying different choices on the same pictures. And enabling a full-screen button on the itch.io web player would be appreciated.

I have no Idea what's a CandyCorn, but I got a beautiful sun shaped aura with my cats, so I'm fine with it. ;-)

I usually prefer action games, but I really like the mood thanks to the artworks and sounds. And there is unexpected replayability. Good job.

Thanks ! Indeed, I wasn't expecting such difficulty when I was creating it. But in the end I'm fine with it.

Hi ! Your game looks cute, but there might be a problem with the visuals, I don't get the same things as the screenshots and I can't see the leaves, is that normal? :

Thanks a lot ! It's easier to do such games in 2D Pixel art with Construct's visual scripting than Unity and Blender ^^

Nice game, here's my high score

Thank you!

Thanks ! Yes, I though the same when I played yours, maybe the nature inspiring a simple clicker/idle game. But in the end, both of ours games end up clicking as fast as we can, far from the calm of nature ^^

This reminds me something, but I can't remember what... 😏
Nice improvement of the acceleration

Wow, thanks you. I forgot to prevent this after adding the fade of the trees. But it's interresting to accelerate the game too slow at start 😉 .

I'm sorry, I haven't been clear enough about that feature : you don't get seed when you sell the tree but when you let it alive. It will drop seed quicker than the "grass". When you sell a tree but don't have any seed to plant, don't worry, a seed will appear in the grass if you wait enough, this is a mistakes that will only cost you time. I will add some precisions in the description. I hope you will try again the game.

Nice game! I love the visuals and the background music fits well.

The auto ressources seems really slow, it's negligible compared to the gain of 10 when you click on the 4th level tree. I won't have the courage to fill my field, but it creates a nice landscape on the thumbnail. Good job in 3h.

Thanks ! Indeed, the difficulty increase slowly but goes too far in the end. About the music, I dont like use something I didn't created durong the jam, and there was no time left. In an other hand, you can play your own playlist in background 😉

Great concept, and good progression of difficulty.

I have to admit that I didn't pay attention to the enemy sprites while focusing on the gauges '>_<
I did 31 but the screenshot seem too heavy for itchio XD

Great job! Personal record at 9638. Thank you for playing and sharing.

Thanks for the feedback, glad you liked the game ! It's not a bad idea, I focused on the theme by increasing the "damage" and then the enemy life, but it seems funnier in your way. Probably a future update after the jam's end.

Thanks !

Thanks for the comment ! Indeed, I wanted to create some risk and reward around the damage taken, It is funnier to play with only 2 hp but also more risky.

Thanks, glad you liked it!
