Sorry to hear that the game did not work for you ! Our goal was to overwhelm the player until defeat, little by little, each new time learning a new mecanic.
You describe prefectly the experience what we hoped for (you are not stupid), even if you don't like it (and yes the simon is a bit long... we had a lots of discussions about this xD)

For hearts I should maybe make the gift ennemy more clear (the one with the red gift, if you kill him you get health back)
Oh yeah ! I think it is because I used very big images, and scaled them down in godot, so it has a lot of pixels to choose from x)

yes they are drawn with raster graphics, but I don't understand the rest of your sentence xD "rotating while maintaing the pixel structure" ?
Maybe Godot just did the heavy lifting or I did something that I was unaware of
I lack coordination to go past the first level, but it is so fun, and the MUSIC is so niiiiiiceeeeeee (you chose it very well) (as well as the boucy animations)

If you want one thing that you could improve, is maybe instead of the boring gray of the cloud, maybe you could do some shades of pink to complement the theme. (But it is not that important)
