This is a really cool isaac style roguelike with a lot of cool ideas implemented into the gameplay, the bullets turning into enemies is really ingenious and all of the passive items that can be chosen is great!
The "bullets" turning into enemies is a really cool concept, enjoyed the little I played, addition feedback/visibility on the spikes would be good, maybe skill issue but I didn't see them most of the time

The snow boots are the favourite item of most of my playtesters (you are immune to spikes)
