I suggest using the beatmap creator, the updated version can erase notes from a timeline with the right click, likewise, add notes to the timeline with a left click.

Yes, the promotional materials assets are included on the project.

I haven't tested it on MV, so I wouldn't be so sure. This was meant to be used in MZ.
