I think you might need to boost her confidence during the play too? I had a Sheltered Princess playthrough where she played the character Penelope usually does, and Penelope was too scared to go to Skalt. But it could have been because my persuasion or some other skill wasn't high enough to convince her.
Lyon. Seriously, I don't think I'm capable of making a MC that wouldn't fall for Lyon. Sometimes that isn't who they choose, but seriously, he's always a Top 3 option. I also adore Clarmont and Zarad, but oh what I would give for the political marriage power couple of my Ethical Widow/Avalie. I have yet to play Jasper's route, though.
I'm not sure if anyone else has posted it, but I have all the approved romance bonuses and some of the background ones that you get during your 2nd playthrough. What I see so far are:
- Widow: Cunning +10
- Princess: Etiquette +10
- Court Lady: Politics +10
- Pirate: Courage +10
- Scholar: Academic +10
- Avalie: Manipulation, Intelligence +5 (Seriously, the ally ending is my favorite content of the whole game. Ally with her and be friends with Ana, Penelope, and Cordelia for an amazingly awesome scene week 6)
- Penelope: Charm, People +5
- Cordelia: Etiquette, Grace +5
- Ana: Grace +10
- Emmett: Eloquence +10
- Zarad: Charisma +10
- Lisle: History +10
- Clarmont: People +10
- Lyon: Intelligence +10
- Hamin: Leadership +10
- Gisette: Beauty +10
- Jasper: Insight +10
I really enjoyed playing through Ruben's route, and I got attached to the side characters. I can't wait to read the other routes. But what made me want to comment was the last conversation Sun has with the MC. Seriously, there were some lines in there so good and powerful that I read them multiple times before I moved on, and I was choked up after all the MC had been through. Really great writing.
