Yes, the next update will have Russian translation. ^^ Lewd Ends are special H-scenes with monstergirls that depend on your choices to be found. ( ◡̀_◡́)ᕤ

As for implementing customizable pronouns, it would unfortunately be a pretty massive job, not just for future updates and all the existing content as well, but for pretty much all the content inside and outside the game -- it would involve rewriting and restructuring a huge amount of the game’s dialogue and logic. Because of that, it’s not something I’m planning to implement at this time.

I'm working on the update, you'll get the release date as soon as I can give one. ^^ And don't worry about your progress being lost. Once you download the update's APK, just install it like usual and your device should recognize and update it for you, keeping the progress
I'm very happy your enjoyed the game and liked the icon system! ^^ Sadly, the scene with Linea doesn't currently have an animation due to time constrains. But I plan adding them, along with more dynamism in a future update <3
