We are a small but mighty indie game dev team of nerdy folks enthusiastic about our game. Multiple play tests have proven that the game is fun and we have a solid code base. We're pretty decent at coding, art, and lore…but we’re somewhat lacking when it comes to community and social media management. 

Our team and the game:

Our team, which consists of a game designer, two programmers, a 3D artist, an animator, and a lore mage, is currently preparing materials ahead of the release of our game’s Steam page. The game, BunnyOps, is a tactical shooter set in a cute bunny-led world, in which two rabbit nations are battling over how best to manage their more precious resource – carrots – in the face of dwindling carrot supplies. The game is military themed with cartoon violence. 

In BunnyOps, every object in the level can be destroyed. We have also implemented a suppression mechanic, meaning that you can’t fire when someone is firing at you. These elements encourage players to think strategically, play cooperatively, and change positions.

The specs: 

  • You have experience creating, posting, and managing social media content and maintaining contact with player communities in English
  • You are able to dedicate 3-4 hours/week to help us create occasional posts on TikTok, Twitter, Discord, Instagram, and Reddit
  • You believe that a bunny-led world would be a better (or at least more interesting) world
  • You are a strong communicator and team member
  • Video editing would be a plus

Length of project: 6+ months

Hey! I have just validated through playtests that my multiplayer action game is fun. Now I’m looking for a network engineer to join my project so that I could concentrate on gameplay engineering and design.

My talent: C# engineering, Photon Fusion network engineering, game design, level design, project management. Currently working in collaboration with two generalist 3D artists and a software engineer.

Project: Team-based PvP third-person shooter in a cartoonish low-violence military style. The game is built around the mechanics of suppressing fire (you can’t fire back if you are under attack) and the destructibility of the level environment (any cover can be destroyed so you have to change positions constantly). I’ve been working on the game for about a year. I have a stable multiplayer prototype with all core mechanics and network basics (create the game, join the game). Feedback from playtests have confirmed that the core gameplay is indeed fun!
