Hi, this game is made in Unity! Thanks for checking it out :)

Hi there, as I have recently gone indie full time, I decided to make my work paid, so it can hopefully help me with the creation of future games!
When I had a full-time job as a game developer I didn't have the bandwidth to maintain the game as a paid product. Making the game paid is a pledge on my behalf towards maintaining the game as much as possible. As soon as I am done with the game I am currently working on, I'm looking into adding custom language support, some UI bug fixing and some additional cool things.
But most of all, by paying for the game you're giving me direct support to create new fun, gentle, warming & kind games
I hope you understand! Don't hesitate to reach out if you want to talk more about this via veltman.florian at gmail dot com ❤
Hey Nick, sorry about the jerky camera, I fixed it and it should now be less jerky in case you want to give it another chance :) games have so many moving parts, it was bound to go wrong somewhere! haha
Thanks for being interested in Lieve Oma!
Hey Klaytronic, sorry about that! Yes please send me the bug report if you don't mind and still have it around, it might give me a clue as to what is going on :) I also just updated the game but I don't think the fixes are related to your crash...
it seems to be pretty random, but only to the station you were heading towards at the end of your LP! 🤔 that station works slightly differently from others as well so yeah… Work on the game has stopped though as it became a bit too big for our scrappy time-constrained team… So sorry about the bug! I hope it was a fun little experience though!
hey, I'm not entirely sure how PC's deal with programs from the internet, but it should run like any other Unity game you'd find on itch.io! Apart from trying to run it as admin I have no idea!
heya sorry about that, rewindable keys was something we intended to work on but we don't intend on working on it anymore, as the game's size got a bit out of hand. We wanted to not have the game just die on a hard drive, that's why we put it up here :) Sorry about that, I hope you'll get a chance of playing it anyway!
hey cool LP! thanks for making it, glad you enjoyed it! Not sure about putting the game on GJ, I really like itch.io and it's community a lot and would like to keep the game in one place :)
Hey dibdob1! Yeah the game will be on Steam, I have to take care of some business related stuff first, as I'm moving country in the upcoming months! But as soon as I can, I'll release a(n updated) Steam version of the game. Until the game is released there, anyone buying the game on itch.io (the game's real home!), will obviously receive a Steam key! :)
Hi again Anth!
Are you sure it downloaded the right file? I've checked on my side and everything seems to be fine, I can't seem to find anything pointing towards the wrong files on my end… I'll reupload a new version soon again though, as the mushroom-picking bug seems to persist, I'll quadruple-check the files then!
Here's some info relating to the 1.0.3 update I just uploaded! The game being very short, this is mostly for if you were having issues with the following points and couldn't finish the game because of it, as well as for posterity!)
- Added a slider to change the camera's rotation sensitivity, for a lot of people the camera was really going crazy!
- Fixed a bug where you could not pick up mushrooms, it should work a little better now!
- Fixed a bug where in one of the scenes, the child wouldn't move!
Thank you for playing :D
Hey thank you so much for playing! I'm glad you enjoyed it :) I *might* add a few items, my priority though, is making sure everybody can play the game as smoothly as possible, as well as making the game more accessible for people who have issues with the controls or seeing things clearly!
I do have a bunch of things I'd like to add though, so there's a possibility :D
Again, thank you for playing and have a great day!
Hey all! Thank you for your posts! I will look into the mushroom picking issue, and add a sensitivity slider for the camera A S A P ! Hopefully tomorrow if everything goes well! :) I'll also check that sound bug, but add the camera sensitivity slider first.
Thank you for your feedback!
