Wow, the game is smooth, it’s fun, the combat is engaging without being frustrating. It’s beautifull.

Couldn’t play the game to the end because of the low framerate (I tried both web and windows build). There’s clearly a lot of effort in the visuals, I like the particles, the hearts breaking and when in areas that don’t lag, the movement feels good.
I too was softlocked behind a wall of spikes unfortunately. Danger isn’t comunicated well enough imo.
I like the stuck on ceiling mechanic, I feel clever when using it and I bet you can make some interesting platforming puzzles with this.
The rest of the game is working fine.
Apart from the fighting, I don’t get what it brings to the game, considering you respawn all the way back when losing, it feels a bit tedious.
Very good game, I love how you guys played with the theme! The polish is also very good. Some notes:
- I can’t hear any sound on browser😥
- the q/e select fire wasn’t working properly with my French keyboard (AZERTY)
But again, very well done, it’s astonishing the amount of content output that you guys can do in a time this short!!
Those blood particules where AMAZING!!
Sometimes the main character get stuck and if you miss the spot where you were supposed to place a specific object then it's alt+f4 and restart the whole game. (oh and a bit of audio would be good (death sounds, platform sounds, maybe music? ))
Besides this, the concept is great, the visuals are on point, and i think it fits the theme perfectly. Good luck on your Game Dev journey! ^^
