no updates in a year and a half. Shame.

Oh, i like the game and think he did great but there's a lot of build up that turns into nothing and it feels somewhat rushed at the end , yeah. I don't consider that a flaw from this game specifically, it's more a problem of the whole genre and business model. Devs are usually one man teams working in a process that is extremely time consuming. Games are usually in development for years and in that time a lot can happen is a single persons life, it's not like there's team behind it to pick up the slack. Even if nothing major happens, burn out is common in one man projects. Add to that the subscription business model itself, that incentivizes devs to drag the story for as long as there are enough people wanting to put their money monthly to support development, and quickly end it when the payments stop... basically all games in the genre suffer from this problem.
what idiocy you're spouting ...
Make up your mind, either they're pixels and have no race and therefore there is no concept of racism in it, or they do have a representation of race and as such if you believe your eyes and the game plot they are clearly not all white.
You're ridiculous argument is basically that they are pixels so they have no race, therefore the dev is a racist because that makes them all white? What kind of moronic reasoning is that?
Like i said at this high level I don't think I've seen better. I would say That New Teacher ( not my favourite type of models but the animations are good), Stormside (still somewhat short, and animations go around the old bdsm spanking trope, but it good) or Academy: Live (this one imo comes really close to this level of quality in the animatioons, but it's a more recent project with less content than GW.
But none of those is so developed and with such a high number of animations as Godesses' Whim.
Below that, also very competent there's Pale Carnations if you're not alergic to parcial light NTR (I don't consider it NTR, but many will think so) where the writing is superb and helps a lot with the mood the game wants.
But these are just what I could remember, I'm sure there are other titles and more people with better advise. Cheers.
The order in which events pop up in the early game has been messed up since a couple updates go, in a way that is detrimental to the player perception of character development, which was a major strong point in your game early on. A clear example is (spoiler) the event where Kali agrees to mastubate and come in the porch of a pizza client in exchange for money. This event is now poping up before Kali actually learns how to come with the MC. There are other such problems with the order of events since a lot more content was added a few updates ago.
Anyway, I understand the pressure to add new content and expand the game that comes with it's own success, but you need to be careful not to loose what made the game great in the first place, during that process. Hope these get fixed, it's still a great game, and these are minor problems, but they can have a big impact in player perception. Cheers.
It's a poor argument. All you have to do is look around and see how many VN's are abandoned/unfinished. It's a plague. Donations for unfinished works, only incentivates devs to abandon their work and start a new one.
The racional is simple: If 90% of the people who are interested and willing to pay for the full game, already did pay for 50% of the work, why should I bother to do the other 50%?
Might as well start a new one from scratch, with just enough to entice people to once again dish out their money, and keep on rince and repeat going forward.
No donations for unfinished works. That's my policy.
After buying the octopus for gwen, hints say to go to sleep and wait a day, upon sleeping this always shows up. You can ignore and continue, but this always pops up in that scene. It's not game breaking, but can drive people to quit without trying to ignore.
