Hi team,

I submitted my tax interview (Form W-8BEN) 35 days ago, and the status is still stuck on "Pending validation". I also opened a support ticket regarding this issue (Ticket ID: #386559), but haven't received a response yet.

Could someone from support please take a look at my ticket and help review/approve the status?
