Do you think there will ever be the option to make a female character?

I would love if Strive Conquest had the ability to add or remove sexual parts from people, such as giving someone with a penis a vagina, or vice versa, through either potions, or a lab like in the first game.

I have  question about buying the game. Earlier I payed for the best friend code, and I also got early access to .925, but now that .926 is out, I don't have access to that version. Is that normal?
