Thank you! ❤️ A new version is coming... someday. 😁

I'm sorry about that.
I'll make sure to address that problem ASAP.

Thank you!

Thank you! I'm so glad you liked the music. Besides the smooth snake movement algorithm the music was by far the one thing I had the most fun creating.

Thank you!

That's actually a very good idea. I'll see about making that change in the next iterations. Thank you!

Amazing visuals! I liked the clean and solid gameplay mechanics. I could "feel" getting pushed back by the little skeleton guys. The only thing I feel I could ask for would be a slight adjustment to either the camera or the controls. Because of how the camera is "looking leftwards", moving "up" results in a slightly diagonal path.

Very nicely done!

Amazing piece of art. The visuals, the audio and the gameplay combine harmoniously.

Thank you so much for the kind words!
A mobile release is high on my to-do list for Aspect of Earth.

I loved the graphics, the music and especially the mechanics. Having played it while still in development, I really liked how in the final iteration recipes could still be made if you could figure them out (or remembered them) despite not having yet bought them.

Thank you! I guess the challenge is desirable when they're generated very closely to one of the walls since it's still possible - although harder - to collect them. However it might happen that they're generated too deeply inside the corner between two walls in which case it might be an impossible collection. That's one thing I need to fix.

Thank you so much for the kind words!

Thank you! 😊

Thank you.

Though I didn't copy the theme colors and motto directly into the game, I thought the quick and repetitive nature of each play session would be a valid, although maybe different, translation of the jam's theme.

"WASD"
A: Turn Left
D: Turn Right

The aspect of earth moves forward on its own. You can't speed it up or slow it down through controls. Consuming earth essence orbs will permanently increase both its move and turning speed.

Pretty nice combat and power-up mechanics! Looking forward to check the boss fight out.

A childhood dream of making my own game finally comes true.
Aspect of Earth might be a very minimum viable product, but still a complete game - my first ever.
All of the assets - sprites, animations and sounds (music and SFX) - were created from scratch using free and/or open source tools.

Hard to believe as it might be, making games is even more fun than it looks like.

Hi Yang. Thank you for the quick reply.

I've updated my game's GitHub repository to make the full project source available. I used GitHub's standard gitignore file for Unity projects in order to greatly reduce the amount and total size of files uploaded. I hope that's OK.

Hi Yang. Thank you for having taken a look at my game.

My game's project folder is about 1.6GB. Do I need to upload all of it to somewhere? I was hoping I wouldn't need to, but I'll try if strictly necessary.
