Sorry, there's not much I can do to make it run faster on your computer. The minimum GB required to run a basic Unity game is 8GB, and your computer is 6GB.
As for the 403 error, my response is the same. The only reason you should be getting an error is if you are located in the United States. If not, Maybe your VPN has set you up there in that general location.
Unfortunately Radeon with 6GB RAM computers won't run the game very well.
As for the error page. The only reason you should be getting a 404 error is if you are located in the United States. If you are not, let me know and I will look into it and try to fix the issue.

While I can add the hair and round glasses without any issue, I'm not so sure about the iconic scar from the series as, it may be subject to copyright.
As for the subject of pegging. It is something that has gained popularity in recent years and has been growing in demand. I already had the intention of adding it as an option for Project-PET.
In the full version of the game, the player will have the option to interact with the male character. Whether by poking, touching or kissing. In the H Scenes however you'll be able to do much more.

As for the pegging, the player character can be either male or female to enjoy a Yaoi or Otome like experience. That being said, the player character ( regardless if male or female ) is a top by default. So yes, there will be pegging.
