Unfortunately yeah, that version of the game is bugged and won't let you die a second time, and it's all because of a single line of code, lol. If you wanna give beating it another shot, we put out a bugfix version which you can find on the game's page. Good luck!

So glad it resonated with you! The secrets were added at the very last minute so I'm not at all surprised if they're bugged out in some way. Thanks for letting me know, I'll do some investigating.
I too was kinda baffled by the download size, as it's not really a very resource intensive game. I cleaned out the project files pretty thoroughly before I finalized the build, so I suppose it's some quirk with unity. Either way, thanks for giving it a chance, and I'm glad it was worth it!
Very much enjoyed the art direction, as well as the idea of health pickups taking the form of little followers. I did, however, run into the issue of enemies sometimes spawning on top of me during scene transitions. That aside, an overall enjoyable experience.
