Ashen Trail is now available on itch.io.
It is a dark pixel-art action RPG set in a frozen world where the dead have lost their voices and memory is more dangerous than death. Follow the last trail through buried villages, blood-red rivers, prison blocks, shattered ships, and the shadow of the Cathedral of the Last Bell.
Explore handcrafted snowbound locations, fight in deliberate real-time combat, collect souls, equip relics, unlock spells, and follow quests shaped by dialogue choices. Rest at bonfires — then return to a world that remembers what you left behind.
