There's no way to directly buy the game outside steam at the moment.
You can get a friend from a different country to gift you a steam key and it should work. That's the only method that works.

Alternatively.
If you have a patreon or subscribestar account, subscribe to Gold tier or higher. Then contact me over discord or email itchv19games@gmail.com (Or even a direct message in Patreon/Subs itself), send me the email or username you used to subscribe and I will send you a steam key.
This is the only way I can sell the game to people in Germany/Brazil at the moment.

There's a problem with how itch works.

If I change the game to paid, then people who bought the game can download their purchases, but then the game doesn't show up as having a free version anymore so I lose all traffic to the game.

I would assume itch won't help with this after they banned my payout possibility as it seems they really hate nsfw devs.

You should be able to download the game in your library now.

I just sent a key to myself and tested it, indeed it doesn't let you download the paid versions. I'm looking into it but it may take time.

Edit: I just "fixed" it.

It seems you cant price files individually when payments are not available anymore because the system doesn't work somehow.

You should be able to download the latest build from your library now.

If you bought the game the download should be in your itch library, it shouldn't ask for a key there.

A friend can gift you the game.
But in the case of "73red" I offered a alternative method via discord.

-Resolved-

I won't be able to do support or bug fixing for mac, so I don't think I will officially support mac on steam in the near future.
Not to mention the mac user base is way too small so with the effort/benefit ratio in mind is just not worth it for me.

I hope that answers your question, have a good day.

The game is no longer available for purchase on itch.io
You can buy the game on Steam (PC) or get it from supporter platforms like Patreon or Subscribestar (PC/MAC/Android).

Just in the regular website.

If you bought the complete edition of the game it should appear in:
My Library-> My purchases
And you should be able to download the game from there with no problems.

The "This title is hosted on an incompatible third party website" message, I've never seen that before. But the game is hosted in the same server as always (The public version as well) so it makes no sense.

You need to download the game from your itch library.

Go to your profile->My library.

The Android version is only available right now on Patreon and Subscribestar.

The .apk is not available at the moment as one time purchase, I'm looking for alternatives but I can't find much. The play store doesn't seem to allow explicit adult games so If you know of any platform which allows this kind of games let me know.

You can contact me over discord and I may be able to provide a .apk link for you if we can verify your steam purchase.

Have a good day.

Click on your profile->My library

If you bought the game it should appear there to download.

Just looked on the itch data search. There's no payments attached to your username.
Maybe you bought the game with a different account?

From now on the Windows/linux version of the game will also be updated on Itch along with Mac and Android. While I want nothing to do with Itch anymore I understand that there are some people who missed the Steam key deadline that may feel a certain way about it. So I decided to just update everything and be done with it.

If you get a "Key is needed" message just go to your Library and download the game from there, you should have no problems.

Have a good day.

The steam version is the same, Chapter 6.

The Android version will continue to be updated on itch.

I removed that functionality at some part of the UI development. It's available on Android but not on Desktop as it's an option I do not use myself...

I've made a quick auto toggle button if you want to use it, you only need to drop this file inside  Lost at Birth/game :
https://www.mediafire.com/file/fy6ymmf4fvb5ojw/auto_toggle.rpyc/file

To control the speed of the auto dialogue use the "Auto-Forward Time" slider in the options menu. The lower (to the left) you move it, the faster the auto scroll will be.

I can't seem to recreate your problem. I've tested it on windows and android and both work fine and all the functionalities are working.
Are you on MAC? even then it should work exactly the same as the windows version.
If you downloaded the MAC build from your itch library or supporter links yesterday and it's the "market" version, try downloading it again. I update it a few hours ago with a standalone MAC build, maybe that'll fix your problems.

I would need more information for further troubleshooting, you can email me at itchv19games@gmail.com You can also just ping me on the discord server.

As for the extras.
It makes no sense to save in the extra scenes, so that's intended.

Steam logging had issues yesterday, it was global.

Can you elaborate on the problem?

Sent you a DM on discord.

As I have no other way of providing the Android version at the moment, I will continue to update it here on itch so the people who bought it get access to it.
If I find a better way in the future to provide the Android updates I will make a post here so the Android fans know how they can keep getting their updates.

This is to honor the people who supported the game as much as I can from my end but I won't be updating any public version from now on.

I hope that answers your question.

The game is now available on Steam Early Access (Coming Soon)

https://store.steampowered.com/app/2424810/Lost_at_Birth/

Hi, the game is not out on steam yet, I will make an announcement via devblog when you have to do the "migration" probably with the release of chapter 6.

Btw I suggest you delete your email out of the message as it could get you a lot of spam and dangerous scam mails.

They should have asked the devs then?

What an unprofessional and childish platform and admins.

With the release of Chapter 6, around late may / early June.

Itch is doing a witch hunt against adult games developers at the moment. There's nothing I can do.

The game will be released on steam with Chapter 6, I will provide a steam key for anyone that can provide an email that has a itch purchase on my list so you won't need to purchase the game again.

I hope that clarifies the situation a bit.
Consider joining the discord and I should be able to provide more information or help.

THIS GAME IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE ON ITCH.IO

THEY HAVE DECIDED TO DISABLE OUR PAYOUT METHOD, PLEASE CONSIDER SUPPORTING OR GETTING THE GAME ON OTHER PLATFORM INSTEAD.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT.

No, it's pretty much still an ongoing development.
You may have to wait quite a lot of time for the game to be completed.

Chapter 5 is out in Early Access. You will be able to download the new chapter soon as the early access will end in some hours and it will be just regular complete edition, so your library should update with the new chapter.
