Love it! I just wish the new way to play H anims (loop) was switchable. I also suppose I'm not the only one to wish Celica could have fun with 3 slimes at the same time ^^

Hello, I'm new here. Bear with me for a second as I come asking for a probably rather common kind of question:
I'm an 2D/3D artist, I've been modding for a good while (started with Red Alert -1st one-, did some very heavy lifting with Freespace 2, and so on and so forth, currently on Total War : Warhammer 2).
If I were to try and make a Settlers-like (I mean the very first one, 2d buildings, 2d people, barebones 3d landscape, nothing too advanced), with almost no programming knowledge, is there any game maker engine/tool that would be more adapted to such an endeavour?
