An RX 550 is a low end GPU from 2017. If you've already set everything to low settings, then that's all the performance you can get. 
Sorry to say, but you need to upgrade.

You need to be more specific on your hardware.
This game is quite demanding even if it doesn't look that way.

As WhodaThunk said, even with higher-end hardware it's difficult to get 60fps. I'm currently running the game with a 5600x+RX5700XT.

I can get 90 to 120fps with all settings set to 2 (medium?). If it's unplayable even when you turn everything down, then again, you'd need to get yourself a system upgrade. 

Or in the long run, just wait for MrDrNose to optimize the game.

Your sarcasm doesn't help either. There really isn't a solution other than upgrading to something better. Potato PC can only play potato games.

Sorry, but your laptop is just too low spec.

If it can barley play a Youtube video at 1080p, then you're out of luck. I recommend buying a better PC.
