The gameplay loop was insanely fun though it did get repetitive as I added more time after maxxing first tier of damage. Sleep theme is felt through the name, the eyeballs everywhere (rapid eyeball movement - rem) and for a while I thought that we are actually are managing said movement somehow because the times were very very low. It is not fully clear however, just as the significance of the main character having a portrait in the menu does not go anywhere, its nice, but the subject is a bit unclear.

The art is gorgeous, 10/10

The polish is insane.

Simple, cute and fun. A bit too hard for me, but thats just a skillissue. Great jom on how concise the whole experience is, and how polished it all is!

Thanks! The fonts are an issue indeed, but oh well, the deadline was the deadline was the dealine.

Thanks! I'm glad the atmosphere is thick enough! As for the music - well, somebody (me, rn it's the programmer writing in this acc though we switch places all the time xD) forgot to get loops going xD Intro was insane, the artist did such a good job, I agree

Thanks for such a wonderful reply! We're very happy to hear that the gameplay is easy to start and harder to master

Today this was the last game I played before bed, and it helped me wind down! Liked the different blocks in the first part, and intensely enjoyed counting sheep. Sorry that the main character started off smiling but just kept getting grumpier over the course of the game!

I LOVE the title screen and transition effects. The gameplay made me struggle a bit, though it portrays rumination well.

I was afraid at first that game over would hurt the dragon! Appreciated the lair upgrades and the whole vibe. Lighthearted and fun!

Liked the satisfying simplicity of the gameplay and the animation of the guard transforming. Thanks to the comments, I almost muted my speakers beforehand  :)

Loved the variety of the mechanics (though I almost threw a tantrum trying to master the horizontal velocity hop)!

Would very much like to see it expanded!

I tried to replay it after it said "unlocked," but found no new choices or options — so this question bothers me too!

I'm not sure I understood how to parry, but I tried my best, mashing the hell out of the enemies nonetheless.

Amazing story, told in such a laconic way! Liked it very much — lost my arm without any hesitation!

Oh, is this game truly a product of love, or am I just flooded with cat-oxytocin? I loved the utter calm and peacefulness of the gameplay, music, and art. Great choice of visual themes!

You captured something unspeakable with this game — the seething dither of the background makes me physically nauseous, and the music instantly drives me mad. That experience was not pleasant at all, but extremely intense and inspirational. Thank you for that!

While we merely tried to express something with two colors, you excelled at capturing life with only one.

My racing abilities are precisely described by "a driver who hasn't slept for 72 hours," but I enjoyed the game anyway! For some reason it reminded me of Ignition.

Great use of 1-bit graphics!

I liked how polished the game looks! And the core mechanic is great: sleepiness acts as both an accuracy meter and HP, wow!

P.S. Somehow I managed to get stuck in the lower screen border and became a rail cannon - probably a bug.

Once I somehow managed to open the curtains, but now I can't repeat it — I tried holding both mouse buttons for a few seconds, am I doing something wrong?
Really liked the palette and art, want to finish the game :)

Thank you so much!!

Huge thanks! Feeling very warm reading this

Thanks for your wonderful reply!!!

We forgot the tutorial, so we're attaching it here.

Huge thanks, was very happy to read this! Glad you like the absurd situations and endings xD

Thank you!! Glad the moon logic somewhat works as moon logic, as I was wondering during the making of it if we'd even make something... comprehensible for human mind at all. Seems like we did hit a spot here. Glad to see you appreciate the writing! I agree that it's quite excellent (as someone who was not in charge of the writing beasides the general outline which we came up with together)

Thank you so much! Yeah, day 3 was indeed a bit much, though we also wanted it to have a difficulty spike but  well we didnt have that much time to iterate on the gameplay so we got an overly hard level at the end. Well, it happens. Thank you! It is indeed the first game. Before the jam both of us studied gdscript and created small trial projects (one for each of us) in godot in order to learn as much as possible in 2 weeks, and once the preparations were done, we jumped here.

a masterpiece.Loved the sound design. Accidentally visited the cave to early (was looking for lettuce) and my character still said that they need spicy peppers though they shouldnt have known that yet. Very fun, with sufficient amounts of jank (accelerating with shift was fun but even than there was a lot of walking xD). The concept is fresh too. Unlike the chicken wings I borrowed from that Dino which were already cooked

its not even bumping, I just had mroe than one (!) experience of being thrown into the air by a cannonball and then hit in the air by another, so maybe it's just a bit dense on that front, when you run fast is ok but it can pile on xD

I have not succeeded in shipping but I had a lot of fun steering the boat. Not succeeded as in I was mostly sent flying by cannonballs, which, judging from other commeners, is simply a skill issue xD Very fun gameplay

what sorcery is this, I barely managed a C

Very happy to read this, thanks!

Thank you!!!

thank you! Yeah that was the idea, I'm glad it conveys

The sweetness of the moment when, with 10 seconds left, I cut off exactly the opposite of what was needed — that's the true sweetness of shipping no matter what. I liked the character design so much, now I need cupcake molds with these guys!

I immensely enjoyed the animations!

It was a calming experience of gameplay clarity, thanks!

I really liked that everything was true to its name! And clearly, the only reason mayonnaise exists is a mafia plot against humanity.

Thank you! And yeah I get it, I really do, there was a miscalculation regarding the jankyness xD

Thanks! Yeah it didnt go as planned xD

I adore the cubed implementation of the modifier! And what can I say — in a world full of dummies people it is still hard to find the right person!

I absolutely loved and hated it at the same time -much like juggling itself. Enjoyed the music and the vibes a lot!
