Hi, I'm Jacob, the creator of Artifex. I've released version 0.5.21 of this Early Access Windows AI workspace, built with AI coding assistance.
Artifex brings project chats, editable memory, file tools, and a dedicated browser into one desktop app. You can choose a local Ollama model or a supported API, inspect saved memories, and review the actions the assistant actually completed. The full edition also connects to installed creative tools such as Godot, Blender, Krita, and ComfyUI. Those integrations require the relevant software and models.
This update adds vision assistance that returns observations to the main chat, spelling and grammar suggestions you can review before sending, and optional Vexp context for users who already have its VS Code extension. Model reliability varies; visual observations and generated code still need verification.

The free feature tour needs no AI key. The functional demo gives you 10 AI requests total for sample-project text editing and memory exercises. It requires your own model/API access; advanced browser, program, and creative tools are full-edition features. Full Early Access is $99.99 one-time. Models and API credits are not included.
The walkthrough below shows the actual workspace and an edited browser-to-file example. It includes footage from an earlier version, rather than promising that every model or task succeeds.
I'd appreciate feedback from Windows creators: was model setup clear, did the sample file and memory tasks work, and which step would you most want simplified? Please leave feedback here or on the store page.
