There is indeed a reason for that. Some toys out there are not like the others.
Thanks for noticing! We’ve put a lot of love into those little bits.
Thank you, that’s a good point.
We’re considering removing jumpscares altogether, but there’s a trade-off. We’d have to put more effort into polishing the transitions between horror phases. Every proper way to do it is just a tad too expensive for us time-wise right now. But maybe straight-up removing the 2D jumpscares will do the trick.
Decisions, decisions...
Appreciate the feedback! Love this community.
Yep, we’re still in the review queue. A recently created page and a first published project — apparently that’s one of the most common reasons for manual moderation.

We can’t even post in the community hub right now. Sorry for the inconvenience — unfortunately, there’s not much we can do about it at the moment.
Well, thank you — really glad to hear that!
There’s definitely a lot of wiggle room for SFX, like sneaky localized sounds and stuff. It was actually pretty high on our nice-to-have list. And yeah, there’s a thin line between eeriness and emptiness. Sound really is 90% of horror.
Thanks for the feedback!
Thanks a ton! Pretty valuable feedback, really appreciate it.
Glad to hear the “on the table” part hit the spot — we were worried about that one.
Yeah, we’re aware of the “bed trap” issue and are currently working on a fix, along with some general polishing here and there. Sorry to hear it hurt your experience.
As for the jumpscares — fair point. There’s more than one way to skin a cat. In hindsight, the feeling of encroaching horror from the past could have been introduced in a much subtler way. Oh well — a decision was made, and it’s water under the bridge now.
Thanks again! Lots of kind words and useful pointers in there.
