LAGS would u mind giving a hint on how to get carmen's secret animation. I've been trying to figure it out for a good few hours and just can't find anything after her first dialogue at the door, when sex in front of it and she sees you.

tennis minigame is in the college on the first floor to the far left.  Go there are beginning of game and get phone then get rid of ghost and go back and wait or follow the girl running around looking for her phone.
