Hi there,
We’ve finally identified the cause of this issue and it has now been fixed.

We’re really sorry it took so long, and thank you so much for your patience. Your feedback helped us a lot — we truly appreciate it!

Hi! After looking into the issue you reported, it seems there’s a possibility that it might be caused by a conflict with certain security software.
I’m currently preparing a temporary fix, but it may take a little time. In the meantime, the following workarounds should allow the game to run:

  1. For the web version: try using Chrome or another browser.

  2. For the downloadable build: try running it with administrator privileges.

I’m really sorry for the repeated inconvenience. Once I update the web build with a proper fix, I’ll let you know right away.
Thank you so much for reporting the bug!

That’s strange — it’s happening in the downloadable version as well.
I’m currently investigating the issue based on the details you shared.
Thank you so much for checking multiple times. I’ll work on fixing it as quickly as possible!

Thank you so much! I’m really happy to hear you were so immersed.
We’re working hard on the full release, so I hope you’ll look forward to it!

Thanks for the detailed explanation!
I’ll check this right away and get it fixed!

Hello, I’m really sorry for the inconvenience.

When you say the first dialogue, do you mean the line that appears right after the tutorial ends?
If you could also let me know which language you were using, I’ll check it right away.

Hello! I really enjoyed watching your video.

I’ll definitely think about how to make the Story Mode gameplay less distracting so players can stay immersed in the narrative. :)
Thank you so much for the great feedback!

Wow, thank you so much for saying that! It really means a lot to us.

We’re working hard to release the full game early next year — we’ll do our best to make it even better!

Thank you!

Hey everyone! We’ve just uploaded the demo of our very first game on itch.io!
It’s called XX Fulfillment Center, a simulation game inspired by Papers, Please.

You take on a part-time job at a fulfillment center — packing boxes, following rules, and uncovering the strange stories hidden behind the system.

Game Features:

  • Packing simulation gameplay

  • Exploration and character interactions

  • 16+ multiple endings

  • Social satire

We really want to make the game better with your feedback.
If you have any thoughts or suggestions, please feel free to share them with us! :)

You can try the demo here!
