I usually play games with keyboard and I like the keyboard controls you provide (I do have something to say about the steering but that comes later). I want mouse control for the upgrade section, that comes after each race.

Finally, the steering system, I used to play an old nfs demo in dos box, there the steering movement was very nice, first of all, you could see the steering, secondly, when you press the key, the steering would move slightly at first, if you hold the key longer, it would move in larger and larger steps, that allowed a precise control of steering input through keyboard. That's what I want here.

This is a modern recreation of the classic Atari Asteroids (1979), built from scratch with new spaceship and asteroid designs and Completely Fresh and Modern Sound Effects, while keeping the retro arcade feel intact. The original’s iconic vector art style has been reimagined with a cleaner, modern look while preserving its sharp, minimalistic aesthetic. This is not a blind copy but a faithful recreation, designed to capture the original’s fast-paced action with a polished look and feel.

This is my first serious game; hence, I’d love to hear your thoughts 🙂!
