Thank you very much for the positive feedback! Yes, having the loop being more apparent is definitely something we should do, and audio was neglected. Thanks again!

I know it seems like a small thing but I really liked the phone shaking animation. The artwork is of course more on the crude side, but that animation gave it so much more. I also loved the drawn hand for petting the cat. I just don't understand why the cat is talking to me all week, motivating me? The narrative about the cat could have been clearer I think. I liked that I can skip through dialogue when I am done reading, instead of having to wait.
Wow, that was... intense :D I made it to Day 7, at which point I got 100% on several occasions but couldn't get out. Is Day 7 the final day? Very nice idea, and the 7th day cat waking up was so creepy, loved it! I appreciate that the visual feedback was always there and the collision with the items was spot on.
Hey, I just tried again but no luck. I also downloaded the V3 instead of the final version, but same thing. When I click on the skull, the enemy wave counter is at -1, maybe that means something isn't being initialized correctly? I see that others got the game to work, so I hope I am in the minority, best of luck with the jam! x
The idea is really cool and the narrative is awesome. I love the little background story and I was invested from the get-go. However, I couldn't get any visual feedback on what an anomaly was and what wasn't. I ended up trying E/Q at random, sometimes winning, sometimes losing, but I still was nonethewiser. Btw I think that the music doesn't fit the theme. It's a pretty dystopian story about potentially losing your baby, I felt that the up-beat slow dance track took me out of it. I hope you develop it further, super nice idea!
Shame to read about the door being bugged, I ran into the same issue. Nice idea though. Is the wall of red bricks important later on? I spent quite a while trying to clip into it to see what's behind :o
I struggled with the controls, however. The mouse only reacts sometimes, and the interaction button appears when the mouse is not on top of something to interact with. Did you experience this, too? Playing on UWHD, maybe that is why.
Really neat idea with circling the enemies to destroy them. It's really not the kind of game I play normally, so I was really impressed with how you introduced the controls and GUI during the play. It was too hectic for me to read the text, but I grasped the shield stuff immediately, very impressive.
Definitely one of my favourite entries so far. The idea is really cool, and the core game loop is very intuitive and the way you understand that you have to hastily search the lunch room for info so that you are in the loop- amazing idea, well executed. I also appreciate having a volume slider on a game made under such time constraints!
Thank you so much for your kind comment, it means a lot to us! Yeah as is probably obvious, we didn't finish the game as much as we had planned and thus the feedback to the player is missing sometimes. The actions you found are the "correct" ones, they can be repeated however which is how the score can climb hinger. The presentation didn't make it into the game before the deadline! Thank you again <3
