Hi everyone,

s&box has just updated to its newest version (0.4). We will continue to play games on 0.3.1 (unless a game was originally built for staging).

Some of you may want to update your game so that it is playable on the newest version. Most games should work fine, but a few may be broken. If your game is broken in some capacity on the latest version, you are free to update it to fix what is broken. Please specify that you are updating your game in this thread or you may be disqualified. You are not allowed to fix gameplay issues, polish, add features, etc - nothing that would influence the way the game is judged.

Please do not update your games (unless they break from the upcoming s&box update). We will play the games at their submitted version on the existing s&box version unless otherwise specified.

Thanks to everyone who participated in the jam! I'm super excited to play all the games.

For those of you who participated, and it's your first time using s&box, how did you like the engine? What are some things you wish were improved? I would love to hear your feedback so I can pass it on to Facepunch.

A lot of people have been asking me whether the game jam theme is:

- replicate as in replicating an existing game in s&box, or

- replicate as inspiration for gameplay / a game mechanic

While my original intention was for replicate to be used to inspire gameplay or a game mechanic, you are welcome to interpret the theme any way you wish.

To get access to s&box, follow these steps:

• Log in to https://sbox.game/ with your Steam account.
• Click the banner at the top of the page, or manually navigate to the access page.
• Click on the picture of the black man to have s&box access added to your account.
• s&box should now be visible in your Steam library.
• If you do not see it, try restarting Steam. Make sure your library is not filtered by "Ready to play".
