No, I don't think that is the case. 
The line is "This door won't barge. It's like if it was frozen entirely."
Very clearly in context of "budge".
Barge does not make grammatical sense to be used there. Should technically be closer to "This door won't budge. It's like it's completely frozen."

a barge is a type of flat boat for transporting across rivers typically. So, yes "barge" is spelled correctly, but the word he wanted was "budge".

Noticed a spelling error early on in the game. It mentions the front door won't "barge" which should be "budge". Other than that, so far so good :) love the atmosphere.
