Hi,  it's okay not to use Tripo for eveything, and it's totally fine to do it your way which is making the core gameply elements with Tripo and making other things by using other tools.

You don't need to do the transition between the other scene, and all you need to do is to create a complete level (from the start to the win/lose conditions), you can even include a main menu or tutorials in your level.

Hi, this rule is in place to ensure all works can be showcased successfully at GDC, so we kindly advice avoiding overly violent content (e.g., the realistic depiction of graphic injury or extreme brutality) in submissons. So in this case, laser beams or non-bloody action games are acceptable, and please let us know if you have a specific project in mind and would like to clarification.

Hi, we accept all types of games, but you must have a clear rule that allows players to successfully complete your level and get into the next level. This will enable us to combine all the game levels from all entries into a complete and cohesive game. We hope this could answer your question.

Hi, you can submit your frequent updates on itch like a normal jam. However, entries for this Game Jam must be submitted on our official event page. The version submitted on the event page before the deadline will be considered the final entry for award evaluation. 

Tripo Game Jam has been going on for two days! Please fill out the application form if you havn't filled out yet, once you've submitted it, we will send you the credits.
