This game is a lot of fun! I managed to get a run going that was pretty much infinite, so I think it might be a good idea to make level requirements increase exponentially rather than linearly, so that these 'infinite' runs can have a natural endpoint.

Hiya, I'm fairly new to development and would love to collaborate with an artist for smaller 2d projects such as a game jam! In case it matters to you I have been using Godot for my development. I can also do a bit of (pixel) art and music production myself. For a bit of context, here's a link to a short clip of the project I was most recently working on. It has a lot of placeholder art/free assets, and the main boss is a mostly ai generated sprite which I edited and animated myself.
