Thank you! The sprites were done by loppio but in terms of putting them in the 3D stage: it's nothing crazy, the sprites are just on quads that are tilted away from the screen a bit (see attatched image). Also repurposed some of my shaders to minimize clipping of the sprites through 3D objects but you'd be much better off just using camera stacking and/or messing with render queue order.
I make unity browser games that are designed to work both on desktop browsers and mobile browsers.
I noticed that whenever a game is played on mobile the resolution gets noticeably lowered. The viewport resolution specified in itch project settings seems to have no impact, as the games on mobile always fill the whole page when pressing "play game".
The "mobile friendly" setting does warn you that the resolution will be decreased (which happens regardless of whether that option is ticked or not), but i'm wondering if there's a way to prevent that from happening, as my games should run with no issue at full-res on most modern phones.
