Hello,

I am a developer in the site and I couldn't receive my payment for the past 27 days since I've initiated the last payout.

I've sent e-mail to the support 5 times with no reply.

I understand that itchio is changing the way that it collects money from players, but what about developer payments?

Why my payment is denied for 27 days which never happened before?

I always do major updates. This update will change the code completely for instance. There will be lots of new stuff and gameplay things too.

Currently working on Esra in Istanbul.

I will continue working on The Prison Guard afterwards don't worry.
