I think that buying the ‘license’ to resell this asset was somewhat understandable, considering that they were a team- however, I still do agree that it’s a bit dishonorable to resell the asset as is. The least that you could’ve done is attribute Noiracide in the description of the asset, even if Noiracide was okay without attribution in the agreement you two made. This seems to be hurting your honorability and putting you in a bad light. This is just my input though, I don’t have that much context regarding the scenario.

You’re free to edit the asset pack and color it to fit your own needs, but please do not redistribute the edited version on this platform, or anywhere else.

Jokes aside, this is an amazing pack which fulfills all of my water needs. Extra points for using the Rosy-42 palette which, ironically is the main palette I use for most of my projects.

This is an asset pack inspired by Urizen and Minifantasy. Its a small 10x10 set of sprites needed to make a basic fantasy-themed roguelike, If you are looking for a resource of this style hopefully this will help :) Some details about what is exactly in this pack are listed on the page.
