It was a goofy game with a goofy premise. Not really scary, but I could tell work was put into it. I liked the pixel art style and the sprites for enemies were funny.

With the help of Nave I was able to finish this game lol.
I really enjoyed it, I loved the atmosphere, the PSX style, and I absolute love the posterization effects on the environment that gave it a really grungy feel.
The story I wasn’t a fan of at first but as I playedthe game it was more and more interesting, and the little notes laid around for the player to find to uncover what was going on was a nice touch.
I loved the puzzle with figuring out commands for the terminal. It stumped me at first but I was finally able to figure out what all the commands were and then progressed further than Nave did.
I encountered the same bug he did but found pausing and unpausing my game resolved it, so I was able to finish.
The jumpscares int he game actually scared me, I think due to the sound design of the game just making me on edge the entire time, and with the final reveal of the final task I was really starting to feel the blood pumping through me.
I loved this game so much! Well done all!
I liked the look of the game a lot, the lighting and shadows really added to the experience to make it a dark and creepy atmosphere.
I felt like the character movement was agonizingly slow. Going up stairs took way too long and I died(?) and got spawned on the first floor again, which was frustrating.
Overall well done however, it’s a visually pleasing game.
I liked the look and feel a lot, and the sound effects were very disturbing LOL the squishiness and squelching sounds really added to the creepiness of it all.
I did feel it was a tad bit dark, it was hard to see for me (but I’m kind of blind)
I thought the presentation of the game was really good. Well done.
Hey i liked this a lot! I love this style of game and I just love RPGs generally.
What confused me the most were the controls, I found myself opening the list of commands again and again because I wasn’t sure what to press to do what I wanted at times. Maybe would’ve been nice to have a quick cheat sheet at the ready/on screen.
I enjoyed it a lot along with the soundtrack, well done. ^_^
I liked it. It was dark and it was immediately clear what I needed to do. Simple FPS that has a lot of potential to grow into something more.
It was a bit too dark for me at times, and sometimes it was hard to differentiate enemies from the bullets they fired. I would’ve liked a bit of contrast between them. Background music, particle effects, screen shake, etc are all other things that could be used or polished more to make the game feel that much better.
Overall, nice little experience.
This was so amazing!!! I gave you high marks :)
I loved the different reasons each character gave for why they were there, and I picked based on things in my real life and why I would possibly do something like this.
The ending with the protag not being selfish however is a bit unsatisfying but I guess that’s how stuff in real life goes when stuff like that happens, so props for realism.
I really loved this and will likely play again to get other endings soon.
Thanks Chrome Lungs! Very good feedback :)
The part you seemed stuck at seemed to work as intended, you were likely missing another part of the code in the home ec room. If you do end up trying again please let me know! A lot of the puzzles are a bit of a head scratcher, something I will think about in the future.
Hope you stick around for other games in the future! <3
Hey Flip! Thanks so much for playing! :)
I watched your video, and yeah! There is a full loop and an ending to the game :) The part where you got stuck it seemed to be looking for the last part of the code for the safe. Try looking in the home ec room with both characters and see what you can find!
Sorry about the sensitivity to interacting with objects as well, if more polish is put in the game in the future that is definitely what I will be focusing on!
I played this game I think the day you released it and I liked it a lot. I thought the concept was simple yet well executed. The style is very nice and I love retro games like this ^_^ it was a bit confusing knowing if there was a correct answer to things but tbh outside of the game I answered pretty honestly and it got me thinking about my own life.
I played this game relatively early in the jam, I found the concept really cool and interesting and kind of where I want LLMs in games to go in the future. It was a bit confusing to me however knowing what to do, I’m sure if I spent more time with it however I’d have figured it out. Good game and good work ^_^
